| Betting and gaming should be an enjoyable and exciting experience, however Eurobet does recognise that for a small minority of the public it can be a problem.

| Problem Gambling |
 |
| Eurobet wants you to enjoy your online gambling experience at Eurobet.com and advise you to follow these guidelines:
- Please try and establish limits for purchasing, wagering and even losses before you commence gambling.
- Gambling is not advised if it interferes with your daily responsibilities.
- Gambling is not advised if you are in recovery for any dependency or are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Gambling is not advised if your primary aim is to recoup your debt with your winnings.
- If you would like further advice or help with responsible gambling, then please contact Gamcare, whose details are provided below:

| GAMCARE |
 |
|
We support the work of Gamcare, the national association for gambling care, educational resources and training to ensure that having a bet remains a positive experience for all our customers.
If you feel you may have a problem with your gambling, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you stay away from work or college to gamble?
- Do you gamble to escape from a boring or unhappy life?
- When gambling and you run out of money, do you feel lost and in despair, and need to gamble again as soon as possible?
- Do you gamble until your last penny is gone, even the bus fare home or the cost of a cup of tea?
- Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have gambled?
- Have others ever criticised your gambling?
- Have you lied, stolen or borrowed just to get money to gamble or pay gambling debts?
- Are you reluctant to spend 'gambling money' on anything else?
- Have you lost interest in your family, friends or interests?
- After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
- Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
- Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?
The more you answer 'yes' to these questions, the more likely you are to have a serious gambling problem.

| Daily/Weekly Deposit Limits |
 |
This facility - available on registration and then at anytime through the Personal Details section of the website - enables customers to limit the amount of money that they are able to deposit into their account on both a daily and/or a weekly basis. These amounts may be revised downwards at any time but any increase will only be implemented after 24 hours following the request.
Please note that when setting a weekly limit this will include any deposits made in the preceding 7 days and may prevent you from making a further deposit until the sum deposited in the past 7 days is less than the limit you set.
Our Customer Service staff will be happy to provide any further information required but are unable to override limits set by customers. For more information please contact Customer Service at customer-services@eurobet.com.
|
| Session Time Limits |
 |
| This facility allows customers to set a time limit to their gaming sessions. Session Time Limits can be set separately in the Games section and in the Casino section. For more information please contact Customer Care Team at customer-services@eurobet.com.

| Self-Exclusion |
 |
| Whilst most customers are able to enjoy their gambling, Eurobet recognises that for a very small number of customers gambling ceases to be fun. For those customers who wish to restrict their gambling, we provide a self-exclusion facility.
Self-Exclusion is a formal process where by we cease to allow you to operate an account with us for a minimum period of 6 months and up to 5 years at your request. During this period we may not send you any marketing material and we cannot accept any deposits or bets. We will close your account and return any money to you. (Any running bets will continue in place and we will forward any winnings after the event is settled). Once you self exclude, we cannot reverse this process for any reason and you may not apply to open a new account. We will not reopen any self excluded account, but after the expiry of the exclusion period you may telephone us to open your account (no other method of activation is possible). Legislation requires us to provide you with a 24 hour cooling off period, during which you may elect to keep the exclusion in place.
How to request Self-Exclusion
To use our self-exclusion facility, you must be logged into your account and follow these simple steps:
1. Select Update personal details from the Account Options menu and then click on Responsible Gambling.
2. Go to the Self-Exclusion paragraph and click on the link to the online Self-Exclusion form.
3. Simply fill in the form with the details of any other Gala Coral Group account you may have and select the period of time that you wish the exclusion to apply, then click on Submit to send your Self-Exclusion request.
We will action your request within 48 hours and confirm to you by e-mail, on your external e-mail account, when we have put the exclusion in place.
All customers who request self-exclusion must supply full and accurate personal details, now and in the future, so as to allow access/use of the groups betting and gaming services to be restricted. In the event that misleading, inaccurate or incomplete details are provided Eurobet and the Gala Coral Group will not be held responsible for any subsequent consequences or losses, however so caused, that the customer may incur.
If you require further information relating to this facility please contact Customer Services on 0044 (0)1483 765 893 or via email at customer-services@eurobet.com. |
