When can I place a bet?
You can place a bet at Eurobet via the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

What is the minimum stake?
The minimum stake on single bets is 0.10 GBP, 0.10 EUR, 0.10 USD. For total combination bets the minimum stake is 1 GBP, 1 EUR, 1 USD.

What is the maximum stake?
From 20.00 to 10.30 (CET) the following day the maximum stake is 50 GBP, 80 EUR, 80 USD.

Can I cancel my bets?
No. Once we have accepted a bet from you the bet cannot be cancelled, and will be settled according to our rules. If you have made a genuine error while placing a bet with us, you should contact Customer Services immediately.

What is the maximum payout with Eurobet?
The maximum payout is 1000 times your stake up to £100.000.00, €150.000, $150.000.

How much do I have to deposit to open an account?
The minimum deposit to open an account is 15 GBP, 25 EURO, 25 USD, 250 DKK.

Are there any charges for deposits?
If you use a credit or a debit card there are no charges if you deposits less than 500 GBP, 750 EUR, 750 USD. If you deposit more, with a credit card, you will be debited a 3% commission.
When you deposit by Quick Pay charges may vary between 8 GBP, 12 EUR, 12 USD, and 15 GBP, 23 EUR, 23 USD.
Bank transfer charges vary from bank to bank. Eurobet make no charges for using Ecocard, NETeller or Moneybookers, check the individual company websites for other applicable fees.

How can I withdraw my winnings and are there any charges?
All your payments must be confirmed before you can withdraw.

If you opened your account using a credit card, all winnings will be credited to the same card. This service is free of charge.

If you wish to withdraw your winnings by cheque, the postal charges will be detracted from the amount you request (3 GBP, 5 EUR, 5 USD).

If you chose to withdraw by bank transfer, bank charges vary, according to the amount requested, between 15 GBP, 25 EUR, 25 USD and 35 GBP, 50 EUR, 50 USD, plus charges from your receiving bank.

Charges for Quick Pay withdrawals vary according to the amount requested (1-2%).
